Pana Community Unit School District #8 held a groundbreaking ceremony to kick off the construction of a new Elementary School. Poettker is serving as the construction manager for the new 65,000-square-foot elementary school, which will replace outdated, non-efficient elementary space currently located in 2 separate buildings.

¾¨Ó㴫ý has been selected as Construction Manager for Parkway School District’s 2022 no-tax-rate-increase Prop S bond issue.
¾¨Ó㴫ý recently completed the $15 million renovation of Effingham Junior High School. The district engaged Poettker’s construction manager team along with designer FGM Architects to conduct extensive renovations of an existing 112,000-square-foot building over three phases to improve accessibility, enhance safety and security, and provide a 21st century modern learning environment for students.
Litchfield Community Unit School District #12 celebrated the groundbreaking of the new Litchfield State Street Elementary School on Tuesday, October 26. This is one of two new elementary schools the district will be building over the next few years.
